1:1 coaching
I help professionals, business owners and hands-on leaders who are looking for direct, no-BS advice. My specialty is in these areas:
- Deciding where AI will genuinely improve the work
- Turning your professional standards into operating systems
- Improving how you brief, challenge, and correct AI
- Deciding when an experiment is ready to become a repeatable workflow
- Helping your team use AI responsibly
Who gets the most from working with me?
This coaching is designed for people who are responsible for the quality of work.
- You use AI, but you are not always sure whether you are using it well.
- You lead a team or own work where mistakes, weak reasoning or unclear accountability matter.
- You want to move beyond isolated prompts and experiments.
- You want a thoughtful challenge, not automatic agreement.
- You are willing to bring real work and examine your own assumptions.
- You care about usefulness, evidence, risk and human accountability.
Who is not a good fit?
- You mainly want a tour of AI tools or a library of prompts.
- You expect AI to remove the need for professional judgement.
- You want someone else to make the final decision for you.
- You need technical model development or software engineering support.
How I work
I combine coaching with practical advice. I will ask questions to understand the situation, but I will not only reflect your thoughts back to you. I will offer a point of view, question weak assumptions and help you test alternatives.
We work from specific examples. Bring a decision, workflow, team challenge or piece of AI-generated work. We will examine what happened, identify the judgement involved and turn what we learn into principles you can use again.
The aim is to strengthen the judgement you apply when the next tool, model or bold claim arrives.
